Our training philosophy focuses on the practical aspects of learning to work in hospitality, which is why our hospitality courses are hands on, fun and interactive. As soon as our classes begin you’ll be up pouring beers, carrying plates, mixing cocktails or frothing milk for lattes. It’s really hard to learn how to make a cappuccino or mix tap a keg without actually doing it, and we believe the best way to learn something is to actually do it yourself.

We have courses that run throughout the year to suit any timetable. We have courses that run during the day, over weekends and out of hours to ensure you can find the course that works for you. All of our courses are run out of our custom built facilities in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, a 30 seconds walk from Flinders Street Station.
